Hello, my name is Monique and I love the Lord. I am flawed, opinionated, insensitive at times, imperfect, stubborn at times, impatient, human, not a pastor, not a theologian, a mother, a friend, a student of life, an educator, a child of God (YWH), and loved by God (YWH). This week we will take a look at Psalm 51:1 at David as he penned this psalm in repentance for his actions with Bath-Sheba. Read 2 Samuel 11 for the background then 2 Samuel 12: 1-25 to see when the prophet Nathan confronts David about his transgressions.
